What HIV announcement means legally for Sheen

Former "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen has HIV. In an interview Tuesday on NBC's "Today," the 50-year-old actor said he tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS about four years ago, but that, thanks to a rigorous drug regimen, he's healthy.

Sheen's revelation about his HIV status opened up a lot of questions and could cause some legal problems for the star. Chicago attorney Andrew Stroltmann joined us LIVE on FOX 32 News at Noon to talk more about the consequences.
