Willie Wilson gives away free groceries at multiple locations across Chicago

According to Bureau of Labor statistics, food prices in February 2023 were up 9.5% over February 2022.

CHICAGO - Dr. Willie Wilson gave away grocery and gas gift cards at dozens of locations across Chicago on Saturday.

He handed out $50 gas cards and $25 grocery cards.

Wilson said he is planning more giveaways and hoping to connect with more people.
