Se Kwon is a morning reporter for FOX 32 Chicago.
Before joining FOX 32, Se worked as a morning reporter and anchor at FOX 9 in the Twin Cities (her hometown), where she covered major breaking news including the killing of Alex Pretti during Operation Metro Surge, the Annunciation Church and School mass shooting, homeless encampment shootings, and other stories surrounding public safety, as well as investigative and enterprise stories involving healthcare accountability, the rise in women’s sports, and an AAPI Heritage Month series highlighting community voices.
Se got her start in journalism at WDAY in Fargo, North Dakota. She’s also proud alumnus of the University of North Dakota, where she graduated with a B.A. in Communication.
In her free time, Se enjoys being active with hopes of running the Chicago Marathon in the near future. She’s looking forward to meeting new friends and exploring the prominent food scene.
