Bears promote Sadowski to director of college scouting

The Chicago Bears have promoted Mark Sadowski to director of college scouting.

Sadowski has 19 years of scouting experience with the New Orleans Saints (1998-2005) and Bears (2005-16). He was Chicago's senior national scout from 2013 to 2016.

He replaces Joe Douglas, who left to become the Philadelphia Eagles' vice president of player personnel.

The Bears also promoted Francis Saint Paul to national scout, David Williams to West Coast scout, Jeff King to pro scout and Chris White to pro scouting coordinator on Wednesday.
