Chicago streets to reopen following NASCAR closures

Commuting should be getting back to normal following a handful of street closures for the NASCAR street race downtown. DuSable Lake Shore Drive has reopened, as well as Michigan Avenue and Roosevelt Road. The rest should be reopened by July 15.
