Chicagoans rush out of town this Labor Day weekend

More than half of Americans are expected to get out of town for the unofficial end of summer. Domestic booking are up 4% for this weekend, including hotels, flights and rental cars. International bookings have jumped 44% and 95 million Americans are hitting the road.

Labor Day travel: Buttigieg visits O'Hare ahead of busy weekend

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg plans to discuss U.S. air travel at O'Hare International Airport Friday as millions hop on planes to their final summer destinations. This holiday weekend is expected to be the third busiest for travel all year.
