Three people were walking on the sidewalk in the 600 block of West Barry when they were struck by gunfire, Chicago police said.

A Chicago-area man has been charged in connection with a shooting Sunday on DuSable Lake Shore Drive that wounded a 17-year-old girl.

Around 7 p.m., the girl was traveling in a car when she was shot in the back.
