An arrest warrant has been issued for a Joliet woman who is facing several charges in a deadly crash last March in the southwestern suburb.

Lizzie Reyes was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition that left her with end stage kidney disease. It came out of nowhere and nearly took her life. She was put on dialysis until a donor could be located. Her prayers were answered when another family faced tragedy: the kidney came from a 19-year-old man from Chicago who had died.

There are no threats at any local schools here, but Shorewood police are adding officers for a little extra security and comfort.
