Chicago police release update after 13-year-old was shot by police

Chicago Police Supt. David Brown spoke with the media after an unarmed 13-year-old boy was shot and critically wounded by police Wednesday. Members of CPD's Vehicle Hijacking Task Force Team were trying to stop a vehicle when the boy got out of the car and ran.
