DePaul professor weighs in on mass shootings, gun control in America

The focus on Capitol Hill Wednesday was squarely on gun control. During an emotional House hearing, many who've lost loved ones spoke, including one woman who mentioned Chicago in saying gun laws are not effective. A DePaul College of Law teacher who aided the FBI in drafting the school’s active shooter response plan joined FOX 32 to talk about it.
