Rallies planned after SCOTUS rules no constitutional right to abortion

Illinois elected officials are reacting after Friday's ruling by the Supreme Court which overturned Roe v. Wade, the decision that legalized abortion nationwide. FOX 32's Joanie Lum reports that rallies are being planned in the fallout.
