CPD Supt. Brown identifies person shot by officer in Homan Square as Waukegan man

A Waukegan man was shot by police Monday after using a fire escape to gain entry to a Chicago police facility in Homan Square, then grabbing a gun he found and aiming it at officers, according to Chicago police.
