Chicago teams mobilize to respond to Hurricane Ian

People in the Tampa Bay area are bracing for what could be the first direct hit from a hurricane in more than a century. As Hurricane Ian continues to churn in the Gulf of Mexico, people in Chicago are mobilizing to help.
