Illinois State trooper injured in high-speed chase on Chicago's South Side

An Illinois State trooper was hospitalized after a high-speed chase ended in a crash on Chicago's South Side. The car the trooper was chasing crashed into a light pole while the squad car crashed into a tree. Two civilians were injured, as well.
