Overnight parking ban officially in effect Thursday morning

The winter overnight parking ban officially went into effect Thursday morning from Dec. 1 to April 1. Trucks started removing the cars from designated streets at 3 a.m. Snow or no snow, parking is prohibited on 107 miles of main streets in the city.
