Hyde Park tenants sue management company after being displaced on Christmas Eve

Over 100 residents of the Algonquin Apartments were evacuated from their homes on Christmas Eve due to a lack of heat. The tenants are suing the management company after Chicago Department of Building found that the electrical failure was caused by unpermitted work.
