Man charged after allegedly hitting officer with car, attempting to escape police station

A 23-year-old man is facing multiple felonies after he tried to escape police custody through a ceiling Saturday. He is also accused of hitting a Chicago police officer with a vehicle while evading police on Lake Shore Drive Friday night.
