Mayor-elect Johnson taps Guidice as chief of staff

Chicago Emergency Management Chief Rich Guidice will be staying in City Hall as Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson's chief of staff. The call comes a week after he announced his retirement. Guidice has been in public service for three decades.
