Cook County Sheriff calls on lawmakers to fund FOID card enforcement

Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart met with lawmakers on Friday to ask for more funding when it comes to revoking FOID cards. Dart says there are thousands of cases where people should have turned in their firearms, but haven't due to lack of enforcement.
