Biden touts economic gains while pitching 'Bidenomics' during speech in Chicago

The President redefined the term "Bidenomics" which was originally thrown at him as an insult. Biden spoke in Chicago Wednesday afternoon about his vision for the economy and how he plans to grow from the middle-out instead of the top-down.
