Gary to launch mobile mental health pilot program

The city of Gary, Indiana wants to limit residents negative interactions with police, and are now set to unveil a new pilot program. Rev. Dr. Rameen Jackson of the Interfaith Action Network, which is behind the pilot, talks more about a new mobile mental health unit that's in the works.
