Hurricane Idalia leaves residents trapped north of Tampa

In Pasco County, just north of Tampa, search and rescue with the Sheriff's Office are recuing people who decided to tough out the storm. Responders just south of where Hurricane Idalia hit Wednesday morning are battling flooded streets and power outages.
