U.S. Rep. Chuy Garcia launches re-election bid, seeking 4th term

U.S. Rep. Jesus "Chuy" Garcia announced he will be seeking re-election and collected signatures for his petitions Tuesday morning at the CTA Pulaski Orange Line station.
