Ring camera captures bus collision in southern Wisconsin

A school bus in Racine, Wisconsin was T-boned by a city bus Wednesday afternoon. Police say the city bus ran a stop sign before the crash. Neighbors say a tree has been blocking the sign at that specific intersection causing issues.
