Jimmy Carter, longest living US president, turns 99

The White House is honoring the nation's 39th President Jimmy Carter as he turns 99 years old Sunday. Carter is the longest living US president. On Saturday, people gathered at the Carter Center to honor him. Carter will spend the day surrounded by close family and friends in his home state of Georgia.
