Children's author Phyllis Schwartz releases new book for Bullying Prevention Month

October is national and international Bullying Prevention Month, and one children's book author has penned a storybook all about teaching children about bullying. Phyllis Schwartz, author of "Mom Wombat Says Make War No More," joined Good Day Chicago to talk more about it.
