Man, 71, charged in murder of 6-year-old boy appears in court for first time since alleged hate crime attack

Joseph Czuba appeared in court Monday shackled and in a jail uniform, looking similar to his booking photo with cuts on his face. He faces eight counts in the murder of Wadea Al-Fayoume on Saturday.
