Delta tweaking loyalty program, again

The Delta SkyMiles loyalty program continues to change. Delta made changes to address overcrowding in the SkyMiles lounges and made it more difficult to reach elite status. Now, the CEO says they will be dialing back some of the changes based on customer feedback.
