Suburban landlord formally indicted in hate crime attack, fatal stabbing

Joseph Czuba was formally indicted on counts of first-degree murder, attempted murder and for a hate crime. The landlord allegedly attacked Plainfield mother and son for their Muslim ties killing the 6-year-old boy.
