Biden, Chinese president to meet for first time in a year

Present Joe Biden plans to meet President Xi Jinping in San Francisco at the 30th Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit. The two leaders haven't spoken in person since the G20 Summit in Indonesia a year ago. Some Republicans think this meeting shouldn't be taking place at all as tensions between the two countries rise.
