CTA Yellow Line train crash: 2nd lawsuit filed by injured Skokie man

A Skokie man injured after a CTA Yellow Line train crashed into rail equipment Thursday morning has filed a lawsuit. Another lawsuit was filed by an injured passenger just hours after the incident.
