Chicago teen earns doctoral degree

A 17-year-old Chicago girl has just earned her doctorate. Dorothy Jean Tillman is now Dr. Dorothy Jean Tillman after she successfully defended her dissertation to earn a doctoral degree in Integrated Behavioral Health from Arizona State University.
