Lake Michigan steams as Chicago gets hit with extreme cold

Chicago was issued a Wind Chill Warning Sunday with temperatures in the negatives. It was so cold that Lake Michigan was steaming for most of the day. Fox 32 viewer, Johnny O sent this video captured from the end of Navy Pier.
