Deadly Kansas City parade shooting prompts concerns about large event security

Tragedy struck Wednesday as fans of the Kansas City Chiefs gathered to celebrate the Super Bowl win. One person was killed and 21 were injured when shots were fired outside Kansas City's Union Station.
