Chicago police fire shots while responding to ShotSpotter alert

Chicago police fired shots at a minor while investigating a ShotSpotter alert in Gresham last month. COPA is investigating the shooting, but has confirmed that the juvenile did not fire at police. The loud noise they heard on the scene as firework. The minor was not injured and believed to be unarmed.
