Chicago Urban League, Lyric Opera partner for 7th year of 'Empower Youth' program

Empower Youth is a special program working to provide opportunities in the arts for young people around Chicago. The Chicago Urban League is teaming up with the Lyric Opera of Chicago for the seventh year of this program.
