Kennedy Expressway construction resumes, causing delays for commuters

Phase two of construction on the Kennedy Expressway began Monday night. Commuters headed into the city Tuesday morning were stuck with delays of up to two hours. The express lanes and the far left local lanes are partially closed for the next 6-8 months.
