Village of Dolton, Mayor Tiffany Henyard facing another lawsuit

The Village of Dolton and its Mayor Tiffany Henyard are facing yet another lawsuit. This time, it's from barbershop owner Tyrone Isom Jr., claims Dolton officials improperly denied him a business license.
