Reward offered in Reign Ware's shooting death over holiday weekend

Chicago activists are offering $2,000 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction in connection to Reign Ware's murder. The 5-year-old girl was fatally shot while sitting in a car in West Town Sunday morning.
