Wells Street Art Festival continues Sunday in Old Town

The 49th Annual Wells Street Art Festival returns to Old Town on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. There's entertainment, a childrens' play area, food and drinks, and tons of artwork for sale.
