Audit reveals failures in FDA's inspection of baby formula plant

A new audit shows the FDA's failure to respond to concerns about one of the country's largest baby formula producers. Missed warnings led to two infant deaths and other infant hospitalizations due to bacteria found in baby formula made at the Abbott Nutrition factory in Michigan.
