Garfield Park's 1865 Festival celebrates Juneteenth

The 1865 Festival is a three-day culture and community event in Garfield Park. The event begins with honoring Black veterans. There's a family and youth day with live entertainment and a dance competition. The fest rounds out with a Father's Day "grilling and chilling" get together.
