Trump immunity: Supreme Court sends case back to lower court

The U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in former President Donald Trump's immunity case on the last day of the summer term. In a 6-3 ruling, the court said Trump is immune for officials acts as president. His election interference case will be brought before the lower court.
