Hurricane Beryl intensifies to historic Category 4 storm

Hurricane Beryl has already made history by intensifying from a tropical depression into a major Category 3 Hurricane in less than 48 hours. The Caribbean began preparations as the storm grew to a Category 4 over the weekend.
