Chicago looks to heal after bloody July 4th weekend that left 19 dead, over 100 others wounded

This morning, an emergency assistance center for victims of violence is opening on the West Side. Chicago is recovering from a traumatic Fourth of July weekend where more than 100 people were shot and 19 people were killed.
