Exelon Foundation STEM Academy inspires next generation of leaders

Despite nationwide initiatives, the gender gap in STEM careers is still startlingly high. Women only make up 28% of the STEM workforce. Exelon Foundation seeks to change that with its annual STEM Academy at UIC.
