Protests underway on Capitol Hill ahead speech from Israel PM

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will address the U.S. Congress for the fourth time Wednesday, more than any other world leader. He's seeking continued support as the Israel-Hamas war enters its ninth month. Protesters have gathered on Capitol Hill in response to his address.
