DNC breakfast kicks off Day Two for Illinois delegates

It was a late night and early morning for Illinois Democrats at the DNC. Day two began with a breakfast for for the delegates. Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton spoke Tuesday morning about a hot topic at the convention: abortion rights.
