Jan. 6 rioter expects clemency after Trump win

A convicted January 6 rioter is wasting no time in citing Donald Trump’s victory to try and stave off a hearing in his case. Lawyers for Christopher Carnell wrote in a court filing on Wednesday that their client expects to receive clemency.
