TWINS! National Zoo says Mei Xiang gave birth to second panda cub

The National Zoo's female giant panda, Mei Xiang, gave birth to a baby panda cub on Saturday afternoon-- and another one on Saturday night! The first cub was born at 5:35 p.m. and now the zoo says a second was born just a few hours later at 10:07 p.m.
